Recent Googling has just led me to this product - http://global.mobileaction.com/product/product_AM.jsp. A very quick skim through the description and screenprints looks promising, but so far all my searching for reviews on the internet leads to single posts in forums from new members with a post count of 1, which seems a bit like spamming to me. It may well be an excellent product, but I am a little hesitant to install it just yet without seeing more feedback from others. However, if it does what it says on the tin then it may suit your needs.

Here's a website I recently came across which gives a good summary of quite a number of sync apps for Android.
