Hi all,

Have an 8gb Samsung SDHC Card which I was using for my Desire, however in a feeble attempt to get Apps2sd working I tried to partition it using ROM Manager, not only did it not work, it's now completely fked up my card so much so that's not being recognised by the phone or by my PC. Just wondering does anyone know any way that I could format it or get it working again, I have another 4gb card at the moment but the 8gb is handy for storing all my movies, music and TV shows.

Would appreciate any help, including links to cheap 16/32gb cards!

Dave.

I had the same problem with Rom Manager. Use Ubantu Live 7.10 disk and plug your card using a SD adapter it should mount it automatically and then go to Partition Manager in System menu. This is the graphical interface for the Parted command easy to use and pretty much safe. Just delete all partitions and do what ever you want :)
