Using root explorer all apps safe to delete

Hi all,

Just starting a thread using root explorer and all the apps we can safely remove, being a newbie would like some advice.

So far i've deleted the trail games, adobe reader and filer (as I have root explorer which is better)

would like to delete the language packs i.e frenchpack.apk, but don't know if this will affect the os.
