Capasitive buttons problem

I've replaced my liquid's screen yesterday and after overall assembly i had a problem: home button works very bad. It works only if i connect usb or headphones or if i touch mini usb connector. Any ideas what happened with my button? Also buttons backlight doesn't work. sorry for bad english.
