I want to create an app

I noticed there aren't many that interested me on the market (maybe I need to search more) but then I started thinking of making my own app.

This probably sounds odd considering I'm new to android, but how does one create an app?

I guess there's loads of programming involved but I have a few ideas, perhaps someone could make it.

Can you give me an idea of what kind of work needs to go into it?

Maybe if you are a total beginner then have a look at "App inventor"?

Google it B) The waiting list is a little slow atm tho but sounds as if this may suit you better.
