I think i bricked my dell streak

i have a 00 unclocked version and i recently installed android 2.1 via the instructions listed on this sticky.http://android.modaco.com/content/dell-streak-streak-modaco-com/316229/19-aug-streak-2-1-downloads-how-tos-rom-superboot-recovery/

I also installed Clockwork recovery and i tried removing it by fastbooting using this ROM http://loadbalancing.modaco.com/download.p...mf/?kmwolzykyet

now i have a black screen whenever i go into recovery mode and I am unable to install any update.pkg files

Try flashing the attached recovery. Should work I had the same issues at one point

thanks guys i managed to sort it.I don't mean to sound ungrateful however does anybody have the 00 baseband build 4399 version of the 1.6 Android O/S that was shipped with unlocked non O2 UK deals?

I purchased my streak from Dell directly and i cant seem to find their stock rom anywhere.I am afraid that the O2 version will not receive an OTA update to 2.2 when the time is near.

No need to worry, I'm sure as soon as a Froyo update is avaliable either from Dell or O2 it will be made available here...
