I've flashed this ROM, and the first thing I noticed is that the amount of free RAM has been improved by a huge margin. Before, after I killed all non-widget and non-home launcher processes, I had ~40 MB of free RAM, now it's ~80 MB. And I don't care what people say, but in my experience, having more free RAM is useful when running any fullscreen app (like a video player, the gallery, or a game).

Free ram is wasted ram. My a1 runs as well with all these custom roms as yours. And i NEVER ran out of ram!

MIUI rom doesn't works on this bin, I got bootloop.

That´s very nice but I never had under 32Mb of free RAM (with several programs and widgets loaded), programs do not shut down or had low memory warnings so...despite I would like to have more RAM, 256Mb seem to be enough for Eclair / Froyo on Liquid and, moreover, my brand new SIM-free Liquid A1 costed 240€. The "E" costed 100€ more for basically no extra performance and/or features.

And *IF* Liquid E ever sees Android v3.0, by then I will apply those 100€ I saved to replace for a dual core Android :lol:

How about camera and all other things, is everything working? Does the HW info works? Is it better than the previous leak?

Maybe with gingerbread you will be lucky, because seems need more ram, until now I run fast even with 40Mb
