I watched the video

I did everything on the video except i manually renamed and then copied the newly named file to the sdcard root directory

- I had the "show hidden files extensions" on so I could initially see mcri-system.tar.gz.img but then I changed it to mcri-system.tar.gz

Is this right or should the filename be mcri-system.tar instead of mcri-system.tar.gz?

Any way with the file name mcri-system.tar.gz I turned the phone off and on.

It went to the andriod guy and then the orange sign and it is still at the orange sign an hour after.

What can I do hear to :

Get the rom I'm trying to install working

or

put the phone back to normal with original rom

please not the phone has been disconected for the pc but is now connected Althoough my computer can't see it because it is in this state.

Ok, redownload the ROM with Internet Explorer.

With all file extensions showing make sure it's called mcri-system.tar.gz

Place on SD card root.

Restart

????

Profit
