HELP!!!! Ringtone driving me crazy!!!

I've updated my pulse to official uk 2.1, and the ringing was ascending i guess that is normal. but when as it is getting louder it will just go really quiet almost impossible to hear it. Then I've installed FLB 1.7 mod because I read that was going to fix the problem, but it is not fixed. If anyone has a solution please write. Thanks
