Guest L0cu7us
some more test and find that with OPEN key it does work, but with WPA2-PSK it doesn't... PWD is correct, must i specify something special on /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf other than essid/psk ?
Guest Morris Lee
some more test and find that with OPEN key it does work, but with WPA2-PSK it doesn't... PWD is correct, must i specify something special on /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf other than essid/psk ? Some older wireless cards does not support WPA, WEP, or even no password support AT ALL, check the chipset, it could be one of those. Even if it does not supports it, it usually shows on the network list anyway, and will typically show the correct encryption it is using, regardless, it is going to try and connect, but won't work.
