Guest fraxos Posted October 4, 2010 Report Posted October 4, 2010 A few weeks ago I sent my Pulse for repairs and T-Mobile has the motherbaord repaired. Unfortunately due to tarvelling and having another corpoarte phone I did not have the chance to pick it up until recently. Inititially my phone would work with the Turbo Sim and my 3 sim card. However, after receiving the phone back now my Pulse will only work with the T-Mobile sim card in it. Furthermore, and despite having the correct APN settings for T-Mobile I cannot at any point access the internet. Given that all these issues started after T-Mobile replaced the motherboard on my Pulse I suspect there is some form of foul play. Any ideas anyone?

I guess, if the motherboard was replaced (MAIN board), it's basically a new phone, so that's why it's locked to T-Mobile sim card.

Which is fine, even though the Turbo Sim card should still work.. However, what is really perplexing is why I can get no data connection whatsoever even when using the T-Mobile Sim card!
