Guest aristarhos
After reading this thread i ordered from eBay this item num. 37028788595 on November 28. I didn't receive the item and i tried to contact him with no response. Then, today i saw that the seller fashionuniononline is no longer registered. This means i am a victim of a fraud? Did anyone of you order from this seller and got it? EDIT: I received the screen protectors. They got delayed by the Post Office, so the seller had no responsibility. Guest Magnets
I have a couple off ebay, first is an E72 silicone case, it's fairly soft/flexible and a little spongey and the sides are kinda loose, the hole for the USB cable is in roughly the correct position but it needs a hole for headphones and the speaker. The camera is also obscured 50% so that needs cutting too. It makes the phone feel a lot larger in your hand. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NOKIA-E72-BLACK-SILI...=item3f0505491e £1.85 Second is a hydrogel clear/smoked case (E71), it's thinner, camera hole is fine but USB/speaker need cutting, headphone should be ok. It's a much snugger fit and more difficult to get on because it's not as supple but the sides are not loose. I paid £2.90 but the seller has just increased his price to £4.90. It's not worth £4.90, there are alternative sellers. Difficult to say which one is better, the silicone one would help much more if you dropped it, the hydrogel one basically doesn't provide much cushioning but it's a tighter fit. IMO those seem to be the 2 main types of case, silicone/bulky ones (like the white one posted earlier in the thread) or hydrogel (clear/smoked/coloured) Edited December 10, 2010 by Magnets
Guest paper doll
I had the devdef fully body which is a basically screen protector and a protector for the back of the case. It fitted very well, there were a few bubbles but they had disappeared after a week from the front, with only a couple remaining on the back. It was a bit expensive for what is was though and since my SF packed up after 9 days a waste of 10 euros!
Guest Borderland
Just did a quick google, this looks about right to me. Not the best comparison picture I must admit, can't really be sure! I got one of these and it's like a 5 year old wearing it's parent's shoes, but without the comedy value. :) At least it was cheap. Guest aristarhos
I have a silicone case for E72 but is a few millimeters larger than it should to fit the Blade. E72 is slightly larger than E71. ZTE 116 x 56.5 x 11.8 mm E71 114 x 57 x 10 mm E72 114 x 58 x 10 mm I believe that E71 dimensions are as close as they get to Blade I also ordered one of THESE for E71. Item ships from Hong Kong so i expect them in two weeks or three. If this doesn't fit either, at list its cheap. Guest Zepar
Somewhere out there is a factory making official silicone cases, tried asking my fellows at Swedroid for help, but they told me that i should just buy a E71 cover and be happy with that (fat chance if there is a offical one). Reason for me posting here about a official case is that i found a picture of one on a Blog. Apperently its sold by Boyouges Telecom in france, but i cant find anyhing about it on their website. But french is gibberish for me anyway. Maby there are some frenche people here that could help? This is how the case looks like. http://upload.hikikomori.se/files/ZTE-001.jpg http://upload.hikikomori.se/files/ZTE-002.jpg Pictures are from http://himlaklar.se/2010/11/23/that-cursed-cell-phone/ Edited December 18, 2010 by Zepar

Guest piab
RE: DIY SCREEN PROTECTOR Poundland do an iPad one for a quid (obviously) and it's pretty big. You could probably have a couple of attempts at a DIY one. I think someone posted a layout previously. The i900 one did for me but a perfect OSF one would be nice. Guest ZTEBlade
I got this case from ebay for only £1.59 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NOKIA-E71-GEL-CASE-C...T-/250740663165. Guest keyap
would this screen protector fit ok? http://www.amazon.co.uk/PACK-INVISIBLE-Pro...0793&sr=8-3 it a pack of 3 samsung i900 omnia protectors...dont really want to buy from ebay lol are screen protectors easy to fit and do they help a lot if u dropped your phone? would it protect your screen completely or partially? There are now plenty of places selling zte blade / orange SF screen protectors so you don't need to use i900's:- http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trk...te+blade+screen I have just bought some from here:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vikuiti-ADQC27-scree...=item2a0c915e5d and here:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWNX:IT The ones from the first link are unfortunately too big (and cost £7.50 for 1 !!!!!!) however the ones on the second link fit perfectly and are £4.95 for 6. I ordered from both the sellers on the 13/12/2010 and received both on the 17/12/10 even though the £7.50 one came from Germany. Hope this helps people. I have also found that if you are using the ZTE blade as Sat Nav etc some car chargers do not give out sufficient power and therefore the battery slowly runs flat whilst in use. This is due to the fact the that phone switches between AC and USB charging. The mains charger is rated to 700ma whereas a USB charger ie. via your PC will output 500ma max. If you check your phone during car charging most chargers place the phone in USB mode and therefore only give out a lower supply. I have however found that both these two charges are recognised by the phone as AC charges and actually still charge the battery during Sat Nav use:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWNX:IT http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002HMZ...ref=oss_product (read the reviews) The second charger is great value at about £2.00 with free P&P. Again - hope this help people. Edited December 18, 2010 by keyap

Guest stuartmc
Most of the screen protectors advertised for Orange San Francisco are just the Omnia i900 ones anyway so don't overpay. Proper SFO ones would have a curved bottom Omina is straight.

The issue with the £7.50 one was it was about 1mm too wide but 3/4mm too long. If positioned correctly at the top it overlapped the buttons at the bottom. The £4.50 for 6 ones fit perfectly, were not made for the Omnia i900 and seemed really good quality.

Guest rikuumi
My case has arrived - it's ok, but I'd replace it if a custom one came along. snug fit on the ends, but the sides drop down a bit. The camera hole is about in the right place, slight overlap with one side though. headphone and charge socket are pretty much uncovered in the right places. The buttons are totally usable, although covered. It's this one... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=230411623707 piccys attached. That's badword hideous dude..
