Guest john.smith Posted August 7, 2011 Report Posted August 7, 2011 Sorry buddy, will you please send us a message through the website My Orders? We will follow it up for you about the screen protector quality and the free cable. i am sorry that it was a bad experience for you, but let me assure you, at the very least, that you deserve to get what you paid for and we will fix it up ASAP. Well bought Sofiz matte screen protectors and I can say: DCMUGEN MAKES THE SAME ONES. Matte is not dense enough. Well at least is oleophobic. I'll ask for a refund. Sorry Sofiz, but this was a last order from you. And I did not get my cable but I paid for It's postage.
Guest john.smith Posted August 7, 2011 Report Posted August 7, 2011 (edited) Assuming that you paid for the standard Singapore Post shipping, it will be delivered by RoyalMail in the UK. The usual transit time takes anywhere between 7 to 14 working days from our experience, however please note that you have paid for "registered mail" (or signed-for if you prefer). So the RoyalMail guys will NOT deliver your goods if nobody is in the address at that particular time when he/she visits. The general practice is that they will drop you a "Sorry We Missed You..." mail collection card so you can get the packet from your local post office, but in some cases they did not (bother to) do this, and you will need to contact them to look it up for you. It will be a good idea if you could contact us by clicking My Orders tab in www.sofiz.co.uk after logging in, so we can check the status for you and contact the logistics for further action if necessary. *Also we have a faster shipping service called PostLink for selected countries (UK and Australia for example), the transit time will be shortened to around 5 working days. Anyone know which courier is used by Sofiz in the UK? My order has been sat in London according to SingaporePost tracking since Monday! :| Edited August 7, 2011 by john.smith

Guest Watashi_PT Posted August 21, 2011 Report Posted August 21, 2011 Hello, Do anyone here know if the Sofiz Resin Jelly - Milky White stays good whit the Grey Blade? See the case here http://www.sofiz.co.uk/store/product.aspx?model=12&pid=38 Help me, i dont know what to choose -.-
Guest john.smith Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 (edited) The hexagon pattern will be shown under sunlight, it's not very obvious but still can be seen if you look at it carefully. In comparison the case will look almost perfect on a white machine. P.S. There are four types of cases specifically for ZTE Blade / OSF now, please check them out at http://www.sofiz.co.uk/store/model.aspx?model=12&categories=6 Cheers! In the site shows that it hasn't been shipped. Do you know why? How much does it take usually?
Guest Elmo6 Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 Anyone bought a case from here? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLACK-SOFT-SILICONE-SKIN-CASE-ORANGE-SAN-FRANCISCO-/160638826560?pt=UK_MobilePhones_MobilePhonesCasesPouches&hash=item2566d1f840#ht_2446wt_905 I'm looking for a matt black case as cheap as possible.
Guest Maxsas360 Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 Got the new matte screen protector for free form Sofiz and it's good. The matte is dense and I did not get any bubbles when applied it. Also I got a printed one, but it's not tested.
Guest john.smith Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 just a reminder that It's a silicone case, not TPU. I assume you know that silicone is cheaper but also less durable. Guest elinx Posted August 29, 2011 Report Posted August 29, 2011 I have the glossy pianoblack case of Sofiz and I am very satisfied with it. One thing I want to ask. The edge from the case nearby the volumebutton is a bit sharp. Does someone know a solution to for that, it is sometimes a bit irritating. By the way, the entire edge is more noticeable than on the other side (with the USB)
Guest nrev Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 (edited) I bought one of sohogopher's plain black printed screen overlays from http://sofiz.co.uk. They are approx. £1.50 each plus £2.20 to £14.20 P&P depending on the postage option you prefer. This is for a single overlay - the cost of the cheapest postage option increases if you order more than 2. Delivery was relatively fast: it took about a week (from Singapore with the cheapest postage option). Packaging was fine - the protector was in a cellophane wrapper inside a jiffy bag. The protector has a removable film on the side you attach to the phone, but no removable protective film on the viewing side (the standard with other protectors I have used for the SF and other devices). There were no installation instructions so I used the excellent guide at: http://forum.xda-dev....php?t=1015394. The protector fits the screen well with approx 1mm gap around each edge. It has a cutout (hole) for the speaker and a transparent area in the black print so that the proximity detector is not blocked. The proximity detector works fine through the protector (although I get the proximity bug with GSF in bright sunlight, but this seems to appear for some users with or without a screen protector [and there are workarounds mentioned elsewhere in this forum, e.g. post #3958 in the GSF topic]). The matt black printing is completely opaque and it does the job of covering up the San Francisco text perfectly. I found that the protector collects fingerprints and generally gets greased up more than the free screen protector provided with Nillkin cases. The protector also shows a slight rainbow effect in artificial light. However, when the phone is turned on this effect is hidden by the bright light from the screen, and it doesn't show up at all in natural light. It has collected a few scratches in use over the last week or so; it has developed a crease and bubble on one edge after putting it in a pocket with a (soft) wallet; and some of the matt black printing has started to rub off in two places. But it seems relatively hardy provided you do not put it in a tight fitting jeans pocket or subject it to anything rougher. From my experience to date I would say you would need to replace it approx once every couple of months with normal usage and perhaps every few weeks with heavy usage. Overall, it is about as good as any other screen protector I have used on various devices, but it has the big advantage of blacking out the San Francisco text, which was the point of trying it in the first place, and this protector is the only one available so far that can do that.
