Where is the custom MCRi file?

Hi, on Paul's tutorial, when i click to download the MCRi file, it is only 3mb! Isn't it suppose to be around 80MB+ ? Can someone link me to the full ROM please? Cheers.

The rom itself is in this thread:

But you need to apply the MRCi before you can flash the rom
