Guest ought Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 Hellooo, Sooo, I now have my shiney new Orange San Francisco Blade and it all looks very nice and runs very smoothly, but, I can not find a calendar app near comparable to Agenda Fusion or Agendus or other alternatives on WM. And as for syncing my tasks with Outlook, including their reminder alarms, and categories. Is this at all possible? Is Android really so lacking in this area? Cheers!
Guest ozochain Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 (edited) The best way to use Android is to full-force switch to Google. It's just like how the iPhone works best with Apple's solutions, and how WM works best with Microsoft's solutions. If you use Google Calendar, Gmail, etc... Android fits very nicely with them. I'm not saying it's a requirement, but it's definitely the easiest solution. I have Android, and require exchange syncing for work, I use TouchDown. If you just need syncing with your personal Outlook, look up Google Sync. It's an application that runs on your desktop alongside Outlook that will sync everything with your Google accounts (ie Google Calendar, etc) Edit: further searching, I found the link to the Google Calendar sync for Outlook http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin...py?answer=98563 Edited October 7, 2010 by ozochain
