Less internal space after Nandroid Backup. Modaco r9

Hi,

I flashed the latest modaco r9 rom to my desire with a2sd+ enabled.

After initial setup and restart I had about 128mb internal memory left. I installed a few apps from the market and still had 126mb of storage.

After trying a few other roms I restored my Nandroid backup, which I made after the complete setup of the modaco rom, but I only had 114mb left. What's going on there? Where are the other 12mb?

Of course I wiped both data and cache, dalvik-cache also. sdcard is formatted properly

Strange, I just broke something and had to do a nandroid restore and lost ~8mb internal space.

Anyone got any idea why this happens?
