Guest navodwickra Posted October 6, 2010 Report Posted October 6, 2010 I've partitoned my card to have a 2GB Ext3 partition and flashed the device with R9 WIP ROM (with AP2SD+ of course). After installing many games and apps I checked the /system/app and /system/sd/apps. seems like AP2SD+ is working because I can clearly see all the non system .apk files are in /system/sd/apps directory and did a check using system quick info to make sure everythings alright. So my question is why still the internal memory gets reduced when I install an app is it because it keeps the data + cache in phone memory or AP2SD+ is not working the way it use to work ? :)

There's a lot of info on this topic btw and this point has been raised many times, sometimes it's best to have a good old search rather than posting up new topics. I mean that in the politest, helpful way possible as it would save you time waiting for a reply too ;) Now for the pedantic comment...it's A2SD+ not AP2SD+ :( Edited October 6, 2010 by BashyUK
