It arrived yesterday and have to say, what a phone!!

Cracking phone on initial inspection. haven't had too much of a play yet, unlocked it and put my T Mob sim in. Can anybody else with the following please:

1. I have selected the Android Eclair launcher as opposed to the Orange version as it loks much better. Is there any customisation with this launcher as it is or do I need to download Launcher Pro?

2. Is the Task Manager/Killer already on the hone adequate? Do I just select kill all?

3. Is there a way of putting it to sleep by pressing any other button other than the on/off?

4. Finally I synced contacts with Googlemail, and I had changed some numbers on my phone recently and now I have synced thay have reverted back to the old numbers! Does it not sync two way, i.e. does the phone not update google?

Dont think I have the guts to mod it in case I cock it up, but i am pleased with it anyway
