Hey peeps, think im having a problem with LP+ seems to be when swiping between screens or using the home button to access the multiple screen view. The phone just becomes too stressed to cope and suffers serious lag and most likely gets stuck like Half way between screens, back button doesnt help, Phone just freezes and then the option to Force Close

What am i doing wrong? I am using all screens with LP+ Friends, Facebook, Bookmark/People widgets, Althouth they are all set to'Manually Sync'.

Anyone else suffering any such issues? Im thinkin could be the way i have things set up, rather than the phones processor isnt coping

ps: Its force closed around a dozen times since i installed yesterday, This is my first time using LP so dunno if thats normal/expected behaviour

I'm running it also, with 5 screns, but no Launcher Pro widgets. It's very smooth for me. I keep surprising myself by thinking: This is just as good as my Nexus. :)

Maybe you should try a different setup.

No issues here, running launcherpro, widgetlocker with beautiful widgets and a few other widgets on 5 home screens. Static wallpaper.

Hi, I've been using launched pro plus since I had my San Fran, no problems with lag at all. Try installing it again. If not you may have to wipe her phone and try again.

It would probably be better to post about this on the LauncherPro forum so the author can help you. I don't believe they ever visit MoDaCo.

Not just yours. Mine force closes and just freezes sometimes for up to 20 seconds. I have re installed it and tried none scrolling wallaper but still does it. I dont have same issue on android or tw launcher. I am running mcr r3 and clockwork recovery.

Ye its strange. I guess we can rule out rooting being a possible fix, as you state you are already rooted & issue still occurs. Im on custom orange rom and is doing exactly what you have mentioned 'ie' screen freezing up.

One thing i have noticed is that on most ocassions scrolling through screens is smooth 90% of the time, However i mostly always notice the issue can be narrowed down to using the Home button to call up the multiple screen view, which just seems to kill the processor until the force close option appears
