Extraordinarily annoying problem with programs auto-closing (non-RAM related)

My virginal post :)

I've had my Omnia for about a year now, and have been fairly satisfied with it. A couple of problems here and there (a major, ridiculously one caused any programs I installed to be auto-deleted - now fixed-ish, I hope).

Anyhow, just recently (as school is slowly down a bit) I decided to add some apps to my phone; I installed the standard ones that I should've gotten a longggg time ago, like Touch Commander, Resco stuff, and S2U2 and a game, Monopoly World.

Then a string of crap (all extremely irritating but thankfully none that are life-or-death for my phone) happened.

First, my left hard key refused to work (the one that usually loads the dialer), but I found out it wasn't a hardware problem, just that the "Phone" program (=dialer) either disappeared or cannot load. So that forced me to download Spam alert and AEBPlus to replace my dialer.

Second, something happened with Monopoly World: whenever I start a new game, an error message box would pop up saying something about Airplay? v3.5.1 running out of "T-pages" (I can't remember the exact message, I've since deleted Monopoly). The game still worked though, but I've never installed something called Airplay, so that unnerved me.

And finally, the topic of the post - for the past day or two my programs that I leave running in the background auto-shuts down on me randomly, and sometimes the programs that I am actively using closes but doesn't shut down (runs in the background). I did some searches on the interwebs and most forums say that this is due to a lack of RAM, but I usually have ~50MB of it free; also, things like Resco File Explorer that only take up ~0.17MB shut down randomly just as often. One more puzzling thing: on about three occasions when things start shutting down randomly an error message box pops up saying something is wrong with tskschedule.exe. I'll try to update this post with the exact message, but it's a rare occurrence.

Trying to find a fix here amongst all you Omnia gurus, Google seems to have failed me.

My specs (cue to start laughing):

Omnia SCH-i910

Running stock BELL ROM WinMo 6.1 (I've tried flashing once when I first got it but that changed my carrier to Verizon, effectively bricking the phone and I had to go to the store and exchange for a new one since there weren't any stock Bell ROMs available to re-flash back)

Using SPB Shell v3.0.1

Thanks in advance =)

EDIT: I do have Chainfire's AutoClosePatch installed, though I'm not sure if it's for i910 or just i920, but apps still randomly die.
