Ad-hoc connection and videocall

can the Pulse establish an Ad-hoc connection with other phone? i download an update.zip from xda and install but it don´t worked.

videocall still not possible on pulse? i thoght that 2.1 was unable to do that but galaxy s can do with 2.1
