Gooogle contacts sync problem - how to sync only "my contacts"

Ho do i sync only "my contacts" from google contacts, and not every single contact i have communicated with (even just sent an e-mail to)

I solved that problem very easy. I created a group on my Gmail with the name Phonebook and placed all the mobile numbers there and in my phone that i can only see and sync the numbers from Phonebook.
