Stuck pixel/Dust under screen?

Hi there, this morning as i was cleaning the screen to put a screen protector on i noticed 2-3 specks of what i think are either stuck pixels or dust under the screen, now i know its the not the dots than you can see that are associated with the matrix screen as they are not in the same pattern, these just look dust particles under the screen!

Thing is ive had for more than 7 days now so i dont know where i stand.

Any help/similar discoveries?

What was the outcome?

Did you have your handset replaced?

I've just discovered a stuck red pixel and using the pixel fixing apps doesn't make any difference.

So I'm wondering whether to send it back within the 7 days or even if will accept a stuck pixel as a valid return problem.
