Keyboard Options?

Got the San Fran for my wife at the weekend, one of the things that bugs me (even tho its not my phone lol) is the keyboard, i like the option of longhold of say q to get 1 and w for 2 etc etc, is there any keyboards mods or apps that can be downloaded that work in the same way? I thought i had downloaded one, cant recall the name atm but it didnt seem any different

Forgot to say its rooted and installed with custom rom r3

Yeah i knew about that on my desire when i used various roms but didnt know if it would work on the SF? Is it just a matter of flashing the zip same as on the desire?

Touchpal has options allow slide up for numbers.

hmm im sure that was the one i tried but maybe the lite version however it didnt seem to work for me, ill flash the repacked HTC IME one later
