San Francisco Problem

Hi everyone,

I Bought the San Francisco just two weeks ago, haven't done hardly any customisation when today,

I turn on the Bluetooth and the phone just goes into a weird loop between the orange splash startup screen and the orange logo.

I can't turn it off or do anything, the only way is to take out the battery.

When I do that and turn it on again it just sticks in that loop between the two.

When I try and plug it into a computer it can't recognise it either.

Anyone got any ideas?

Took it into the orange store today and they replaced it for a new one.

thats good, it may be the weirdest error i've heard of
