just plain old working 2.2 with radio

I have a custom baked rom on my desire of 2.2 but i just want a stock rooted rom with the latest radio on 2.2 as i find i have an excessive amount of memory being used can any one help? as im not to good on the whole update thing and i dont know how to add radio or is it already installed.

If you use the R9 kitchen you can include the radio in the update.

What do you mean by "stock"? Do you want Sense?

what i want is just the standard image so there's nothing on from the kitchen, i only have something like 129mb of memory and the phone slowed to a crawl the other day all i want is the wirelessN and radio and sense but the kitchen has so much stuff i dont know whats needed and whats just a waste of space.
