£90 for a carrier unlock!! £30 maybe, but not £90, and how come its £60 cheaper to unlock a US Streak? the process is the same so the price should br the same too.

I tell you what they do with the US Streaks: They call AT&T, ask for the unlock code, and send to their customers... Read numerous reports that AT&T is giving the unlock codes away with ease.

That's easy money... Ridiculous.

As always... we are cash cows...

Payed £75 for mine... but it is worth it to get rid of O2 if you ask me!!!!

Exactly. You trade money for convenience. Only you can decide the value.

Personally I bought mine unlocked direct from Dell UK, so arguably that's the most expensive route. But it sure is easy and convenient.

To be honest it is much cheaper to buy the phones from Dell direct, that is the best and cheapest way, only £449 in the UK including delivery, this guy on Amazon seems to be adding £20 profit per handset

That makes sense if you are not from the UK. So many of the site offerings here seem to be billed in £'s I forget this is an international forum, my bad :)
