bcm4329 in streak? 802.11n?

This argument was the same for the HD2 and the evo. Nobody is sure or definitive that the chip is the BCM4325 anywhere on the net. I am expecting the chip to be the 29 version.

Can't see why dell wouldn't have added this.

Well, the same could be also be said about the FM radio we have. Dell didn't include it - we had to figure it out on our own.

The reason is the same as always...

Money!

Wifi n = different (and more expensive) license to pay....

I really hope that the n option will be activated as i could clearly use it!

didn't that fixit strip down show a 4325?

the 4325 doesn't support it according to broadcomm who make the chip.

the hd2 has 4329, which is why **I** could enable the n simply and easily...

what would be nice would be to enable the dual band option. My house seems to work better on 5ghz rather than 2.4
