Guest jutley Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 (edited) i got this already be warned its a lovely case the best i have seen but they forgot to cut out the hole for the proximity sensor located by the earpiece when i get a call the screen blanks out cause the sensor is covered they only way is to slip the phone out the case and put it back in i have emailed them that there casses are defective and i want my money back or a replacment. It is very wrong for them to sell thease cases at the moment you will have nothing but problems taking calls trust me i have just emailed them again. Edited October 13, 2010 by jutley

If you buy direct from Tuff Luv the have corrected the issue. You can buy from them at amazon.co.uk. I emailed them yesterday and they stated it had been fixed. The manufacturers customer service is top notch. Not sure about these Ebay sellers though.

Can you confrim that the ones sold on Amazon have fixed the problem? I checked both Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de, the images still lack the extended cut-out for the prox. sensor.

Below is the e-mail reply from the Tuff Luv seller on Amazon.co.uk. Thank you for your query. Yes we have had the Dell Streak cases fixed so that they no longer block the sensors. Kind Regards Patrick McGivern
