apn + network connection management app

Hi all

Thanks to Paul and all the helpful guides posted here I had my Blade on unlocked, rooted, clockworked and on R3 in no time :)

I saw a post a few days ago (which I cant find now) that mentioned an app that has all the latest APN settings etc to enable fast/accurate changes to settings when changing sims or if connection settings get messed up. Not wifi but cellular specific.

On a possibly related note, my Blade tends to get a good phone and data signal then after a while (minutes/hours) it'll lose the connection and refuse to reconnect after a scan saying that my current sim wont allow it. A reboot always fixes the problem...for a while.

I can cause the phone and data connections to fail if I launch google maps and/or navigation. This happens every time and is also fixed by a reboot. Very odd. Any ideas?

I've also found my data connection getting killed when I try to load google maps/places. I thought it was an isolated incident but it occurs regularly.

If you're having the same problem I guess it's something more major?

The only thing I haven't tried but has been recommended for general stability is a hardware reset (restore factory settings).

Anyone else having similar issues?

I'm running the r3 MoDaCo ROM with a giffgaff sim.

Otherwise it seems to be working great!
