Ext2 and swap size

hi all,

a bit of advice please.

i'm about to create a partition on my SD card using clockworkmod. i have 2 questions.

1. how large should the partition be (if it matters) the options are 128mb,256mb,512mb and 1024mb.

1. how large should the swap be? it's giving me a choice of 0,32,64,128 or 256

1 Depends entirely on how big your SD card is. 512mb should be enough tho.

2 There will be no swap file, so set it to 0.

I've tried to partition my new sdcard on my new SF using clockworkmod but to no success, any ideas what i might be doing wrong?

Thought i read somewhere it wasn't working.

Use GParted/ Some Linux Live CD to partition and format.
