Requesting permission to go online.

Hello,

Im very happy with this phone, but dont like the fact that it is online either all the time or not at all.

Is there an option or app that will allow me to decide wether I want to go onle or not?

ie I press internet and it says 'do you want to accept data charges' or something similar.

Also when I close the app down, it immediately cloes down the data connection.
