I Know this site . It won't turn to 1.5 again. My phone is 2.1 Hungary update. I want to return to 2.1 UK. How should I do that? Thank you very much.

Follow the guide pointed by Schwertfish above. Instead of flashing 1.5 December Update, just use UK 2.1.
