Homescreen landscape not working in custom ROM?

In the stock orange rom landscape works in the home screen. I just flashed with the r3 custom rom and landscape doesn't work for the homescreen. Is this intentional?

I think thats just the stock Android launcher as mines the same. Launcher pro however rotates perfectly (and has the option to turn launcher rotation off like I actually prefer)
