Unable to Copy SD Contents

I purchased a 16gig card to replace the 2gig one but when I try to bulk copy all the data nothing happens, no error message just nothing at all happens.

It looks like I can transfer one folder at a time but I don't understand why it won't let me batch copy.

Hopefully someone can help me out? I ran the error checker and no problems reported.
