No sound from earpiece

I got my blade today and found that I can't get any sound from the earpiece during a call, only from the loud speaker The volume is turned right up, but all I get is nothingness. Any ideas guys or is it just duff hardware? I've not installed anything and I've done a factory reset to no avail. Wits end = reached :)

I had this too. I plugged and unplugged the earphones several times and twisted them about. Finally I got sound out of the earphones and not the speaker and it has been fine since.

the problem is not the earphones, its no sound in the earpiece

the earpiece is built it in the phone, in the upper of the icon san francisco.

I have the same problem too

As long as you are sure its nothing you have done to the phone, your next call should be to Orange.
