Clockworkmod Recovery help.

A few weeks back I messed up my phone, and fixed it by having to force clockworkmod recovery instead of having to use the normal recovery. Now I'm trying to update my ROM and every time I do, it just says that it's replacing the normal stock recovery with clockworkmod.

I've deleted the update.zip which I used last time to get rid of the normal stock recovery, and I've put the ROM which I want on to the memorycard as you'd usually do, but it still comes up with what I just said.

Any help please? This is quite frustrating!

Think I've found the problem. When I delete something off the memory card via clockworkmod recovery, it doesn't actually delete the file.. Or well the 2.04mb zip file, so I'm gonna try delete it via ASTRO, if that doesn't work, I might throw a hissy fit.
