Hi

I am unable to use internet through my sim ( mobile internet) but when i turn on wireless then it run smoothly..

When i first changed sim from orange to T mobile my internet didn't work, i did a factory data reset and that fixed it

How can i do factory reset ? i am using on o2 sim card and made is unlock....

I'm unable to use internert and looking for APN i am on uk tesco network but it show as O2.

Help.

try going menu>settings>wireless & networks>mobile networks>Access point names>click menu hard key>new apn then enter the following details

Name: Tesco MMS

APN: prepay.tesco-mobile.com

Proxy: 193.113.200.195

Port: 8080

Username: tescowap

Password: password

Server: <Not Set>

MMSC: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

MMS Proxy: 193.113.200.195

MMS Port: 8080

MCC: 234

MNC: 10

Authentication Type: None

APN Type: default,supl,mms

Hi.

I have this problem also and have followed these settings to the letter .

I stll cannot access internet though. I am on Tesco pay monthly not PAYG does that make a difference

Phone is unlocked.

Any help most welcome
