Guest GSDog Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 I've managed to get the ZTE HSUSB device drivers installed. However, I still can't seem to install the Android USB drivers from SDK. I point Vista to the usb_driver folder where the android_winusb.inf file is but it can't find it. :)
Guest _Zed_ Posted October 24, 2010 Report Posted October 24, 2010 I can't even get this far.... Keep getting error message saying "please connect mobile phone and continue installing drivers" :P
Guest UncleFista Posted October 24, 2010 Report Posted October 24, 2010 From memory (I'm out and posting from my sf) ;-) In Vista, go to device manger and right click the one you're having problems with. Update the driver. "browse" for the driver. "let me pick" a driver. When you get the choice of device type, just click next. "have disk", then point it to the driver. You have a choice of 3 options, choose the top device in the list. You'll have a couple of dire warnings from Microsoft, just choose yes :-) Hth
Guest Kthulhu Posted October 24, 2010 Report Posted October 24, 2010 Maybe you have the wrong drivers...a used this one: ( i am using VISTA as well) http://flibblesan.co.uk/android/zte_driver.zip
