Guest robot1000 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 Anyone else experiencing this issue? Do you think Orange will exchange it for a new one?
Guest jdtanner Posted October 17, 2010 Report Posted October 17, 2010 Anyone else experiencing this issue? Do you think Orange will exchange it for a new one? Loads of us have a creaky rocker, and I think a few have exchanged their phones because of it. Personally, I popped some GT85 onto a cloth and gave them a wipe over...no more squeaking. John

John I've gone with a replacement, but not getting my hopes up that the new one isn't going to develop the same problem
Guest jdtanner Posted October 17, 2010 Report Posted October 17, 2010 (edited) I've gone with a replacement, but not getting my hopes up that the new one isn't going to develop the same problem I think it is down to the tolerances involved and the injection moulding system they use not being up to the job; but for less than £100 I guess you can't complain too much :) **EDIT** I wonder if we could take the phone apart and try and sort out the issues that people are having with loose keys? Has anyone tried to pull theirs apart yet? JT Edited October 17, 2010 by jdtanner
