San francisco HELP

Help please help

got my self the orange sanfancisco and i want to root it (think thats what u call it i guess the same as jailbreak) look at all the instructions downloaded the files but thats it im stuck how to install the clockworkMOD recovery file, opend cmd box (dos) changed the directory to where the fast boot files are copyed the run line but it is not working can some one sort me out, im on win 7

i think you can use universal android root for the sanfransisco which can be found on the market place thats the easiest way i think
