Just want to know if these apps do all the same things and which to delete if they do. The apps are "apps installer" "astro file manager" and the stock "filer". all help greatly appreciated :)

Your best with a filer called astro file manager as it has more functions. Filer is good if you just want to delete files and view files on the phone. However, you can use android commander if you don't want an app on the phone to view the files. :)
