Can anyone help me with GnuBoy Zelda save file problems??

I have a problem with zelda. I foolishly tried to print (I assume to a non-existent gameboy colour printer) and now my game has hung!

It took bloody ages to get this far and I dont really want to do it again. Does anyone know how to roll back the .000 or .sav file to just before I made this mistake??
