I had the same message error "process com.android.camera" when i bought the phone (camera didn't work at all). Cause: defective motherboard. Solution: Activate the warranty. In my case, they had to replace the phone, so i got a brand new liquid. There is a topic that describes this problem in the forum. I suggest you to consider the possibility to send your liquid to Acer. Regards, jericho Edited October 18, 2010 by jerichoferreira
Guest skyien Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 Thanks for answer, jerichoferreira! But i think that this problem is due to software, because it worked before the firmware. Sound works on boot, and then does not work anymore.

Did you try to do a "Restore factory settings"? If that doesn't work, try to change the firmware to another version. Regards, jericho Edited October 18, 2010 by jerichoferreira
Guest Koki1337 Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 If you didn't root your device, entering recovery mode (Camera + vol. down + power until 3 vibrations are felt) will factory reset your phone
