Guest diggeroony Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 I ordered my San Fran on thursday and i was told it would be delievered on friday. Still hasn't arrived today, how long does delivery normally take with orange ? Getting bored with all the waiting :)

It NEVER does any harm to ask for an order reference or a call log number or something equivalent to give you a means of proving that your call took place. "Your call may be recorded ..."

Got an email couple of days ago saying order dispatched and will be delivered 02-11-10. Waited in all day but no phone, ended up ringing them this morning and after 15 minutes on hold got through to a guy who after checking told me my order was cancelled and refunded on the morning of delivery without any notice by 'the fraud department(I think, bit muffled line)' and that the only way to get one was to visit the retail store. Slightly paranoid about the ol' bank account but thats a separate matter. Probably just going to buy one instore later today but any suggestions?

Not sure if this applies because I paid with my bank card. Wondering if it might be because i put in 0s to get the student discount.
