Still Awaiting My SF

I ordered my San Fran on thursday and i was told it would be delievered on friday. Still hasn't arrived today, how long does delivery normally take with orange ?

Getting bored with all the waiting :)

I had all sorts of problems ordering mine, but once it was sorted it was next day delivery. What does the online order tracker say?

Should be next day. Might be an idea to call them with your order number and see where it is. The company they use to deliver can be a bit iffy in some area's !

I ordered over the phone so i don't have an order number or anything like that. I'll give them a call shortly.

I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, got the phone two days after (ordered on wednesday night, got the phone friday morning)

But I am still waiting for the top-up to be credited to my account :)

They can track from the delivery post code as well.

You just reminded me to check to see if mine has been credited - 2 and a half weeks and mine is still at 1p - I hate orange.

It NEVER does any harm to ask for an order reference or a call log number or something equivalent to give you a means of proving that your call took place. "Your call may be recorded ..."

Depends what phone your coming from, mine was a 5800 and its far superior to that, was worth the hassle for me anyway.

Same happened to me. Ended up placing a new order in the end as it was still stuck in the system after processing :)

Finally recieved my SF today, Problem at there end, it was only sent y'day but it was worth the wait :P

Thought i'd post here so as not to make a new topic.

Ordered a SF on Saturday for yesterday. Got an email couple of days ago saying order dispatched and will be delivered 02-11-10.

Waited in all day but no phone, ended up ringing them this morning and after 15 minutes on hold got through to a guy who after checking told me my order was cancelled and refunded on the morning of delivery without any notice by 'the fraud department(I think, bit muffled line)' and that the only way to get one was to visit the retail store.

Slightly paranoid about the ol' bank account but thats a separate matter.

Probably just going to buy one instore later today but any suggestions?

It could be due to them experiencing fraud in your area, but it can't hurt to get a free trial of one of the credit ratings agencies online services - Experian and Equifax are the big ones I think.

Not sure if this applies because I paid with my bank card.

Wondering if it might be because i put in 0s to get the student discount.
