So, i wanted to know if i can use my streak on a data only plan, install skype and use a $6.99 unlimited plan and just use the streaks 3G to talk on skype. I´d get a Skype number, What would be the pros and cons of doing this? Has anyone tried this out?

This is a nice way to get around those expe4nsive ulimited calling plans i guess unless there´s a downside like when skype was only on verizon that it also used up youre minutes.

cant you get that 2nd sim thats meant for an ipad and just shove it into your streak? im sure that will work (but yes a data only plan should work)

ive heard people using the ipad sim for data only on other devices. the only thing you need to do is set up the apn's so i dont see why you couldn't use it as a data only device
