win xp drivers

hello

firstly i want to say thanks to the forum and all its members for the info put up here. i am new to this 'rooting' stuff but i am pretty sure i no why i can't root my sf. i don't have the drivers and i have searched and cannot find them

can anybody tell me where i can get the drivers for winxp please.
