Unable to read this File - Omnia Photo Problem

after i take a photo, when i want to see it, it says "unable to read file". i cant see photos. i guess my omnia saves photos not proper. i cant even open them on my pc. i've done hard reset, i've changed my rom. but it didnt work out. i need your help.
