Manage Applications Issue

When I go into the Manage Applications I've got a lot of items for things like Orange apps (I'm running r3 so don't actually have any orange stuff installed). If I click on any of these items I get a Force Close:(

Don't care too much about the extra items, but am wondering if there's data remaining that could be worth deleting.
