How do I install an app on memory card to phone?

Download Astro File Manager from the market.

Do you mean you have the .apk file on your sd card?

If so press menu>filer>scroll down to fancywidgets apk and click on it, then it will install

I don't want to and haven't registered at google...

Kind of pointless having an Android phone without Google account.

And as far as i know, to sideload apps/install apk's you need a file manager, to get file manager you have to download one from market, to use market you need Google account...

So closed circle.

I've yet to find any decent online app repository, although I do believe appbrain have their own Market app. I don't know if the app is just a search engine for the Google market or actually hosts apks.

As far as i know, Appbrain also uses Google account to sign in anyway...
